The only small issue recorded is small gastro problems but that is actually nothing to worry about.  In some countries, daily dosage is not advised for longer durations though the intentions of those discouraging them are not clear. There are no proven risks but still there are warnings. Well you have to get into grip with the fact that anything in excess is harmful.
